How may I pay?

You may pay online by clicking this link, or by logging into our secure portal. We also accept payment by cash, check, and debit or credit card.

Do I need a referral?

If you have a HMO or POS plan with which we are contracted, you will need a referral authorization from your primary care physician. If we have not received an authorization prior to your arrival at the office, we have a telephone available for you to call your primary care physician to obtain it. If you are unable to obtain the referral at that time, we will reschedule your appointment.

With which insurance plans does Midlands Orthopaedics participate?

Please refer to the list below for the names of the most common insurance networks with which we participate. At this time, we do not participate with Tricare.

What happens if I bring my child in but my ex-spouse is responsible for all medical bills?

A parent or legal guardian must accompany patients who are minors. The accompanying adult is responsible for payment of the account unless a divorce decree is provided verifying a different responsible party.

Participation with the following plans varies by provider: Medicaid, Select Health, Carolina Crescent and United Healthcare Community Plan (formerly Unison).
