Ryan A. Wetzel, MD

Dr. Ryan A. Wetzel joined Midlands Orthopaedics in December 2011.  He is a graduate of Indiana State University, and Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana.  His internship was at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  Dr. Wetzel residency focused on Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia.  Dr. Wetzel also completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine also at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond. 

Dr. Wetzel has been certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with added subspecialty qualification in Pain Medicine.  He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the International Spine Intervention Society.
